After-sales service
We guarantee and support our dealer partners, and our producers during the first start-up of their equipment.
During the entire period of use, our services are available by phone, via chat, the contact form, or on site via our dealer network.
Our equipment is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts recognized as defective by our technical department.
Any warranty request must be accompanied by the defective part with the serial number of the equipment and the date of commissioning.
Interventions and replacements of defective parts out of warranty by our after-sales service will be the subject of an initial estimate.
